Your use of this website, www.valussodesign.com, and your purchase of goods and services offered on this website, or any purchase from Valusso Design LLC, shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you, the customer, and Valusso Design LLC, pursuant to any applicable law, and by placing an order on the website www.valussodesign.com.
Customer agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this agreement, which shall control over any subsequent terms and conditions exchanged between the parties.
Payment must be received in full by Valusso Design by credit card, pay pal, personal check, or wire bank transfer prior to acceptance of, and the duty to fulfill any order. Where Valusso Design LLC has agreed to payment terms other than the foregoing, including purchases on credit, then the customer will receive an invoice for the amount due for the order.
Payment is due upon the customer’s receipt of the invoice within 3 business days. In the event, payment is not timely made in accordance with this agreement, delinquent accounts will be assessed a monthly service charge in the amount of 1.5% of the delinquent balance, or the maximum allowable by law, for every 30 (thirty) calendar days that the account remains delinquent.
Valusso Design LLC retains the right to cancel any order that is placed for any item or items for which the price appearing on this Website is inaccurate in any respect, including prices resulting from typographical or other errors; in such event, Valusso Design LLC will provide the customer the right to purchase the item or items at the correct price, or a full refund, whichever the customer requests.
Customer agrees Valusso Design LLC acceptance of less than the full purchase amount shall not be construed as a waiver of Valusso Design LLC right to collect the remainder due. Valusso Design LLC reserves all rights and remedies for non-payment, breach, or default hereunder.
Customer must be aware that Valusso Design LLC is not responsible for the taxes or charges the government may impose on the goods upon sale or transfer.
Prices on site www.valussodesign.com can be changed at any time without notice in the event of alteration to specifications, quantity, designs, or delivery schedules, changes in cost of material, supplies, labor, clerical error, etc.
Customer understands that the government may impose additional taxes or charges upon the sale or transfer of the Products.
These taxes as well as all applicable freight costs are included in the invoice’s total amount.
As well as this website and Valusso Design LLC does not belong to the retail branch of sales Customer should understand and take into account that further resale of Valusso Design LLC products will need to provide Resale Certificate to Valusso Design LLC from the customer side not to be additionally charged in accordance to State and Country laws.
Our standard lead time will be from 3 (three) to 14 (fourteen) business days and it depends on the whole quantity of your order and additional services added. Any lead times provided by Valusso Design LLC are calculated using the best information available at the time the order is received.
Any lead times provided to customer are merely estimates and are subject to change due to various circumstances.
Customer expressly states that he/she has not relied upon the lead time proved by Valusso Design LLC in any way.
Customer should not schedule any installation or other trades until customer is in possession of the product ordered. In the event of a shipping delay of more than 4 (four) weeks from the original projected lead time, customer has the option to cancel the order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of his/her receipt of the notice of delay from Valusso Design LLC.
Customer’s option to cancel the order does not apply to custom/special orders where production has already commenced.
If any order is preceded by, accompanied by, or followed by a purchase order or other similar document supplied by customer, the parties agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall prevail over any terms contained in such purchase order to the extent they conflict with the terms of this agreement.
Special order policy
A special order is a custom order with non-standard sizes and has been pre-cut, pre-hung or any customization has been applied. Hardware that goes with the “special order” are also a special order.
Special orders such as pre-hung doors, any orders with pre-cuts and/or special order doors are non-returnable and non-refundable items.
Special orders always go with 100% prepayment.
Lead time for special order is 12-14 week + shipping from Valusso Design LLC warehouse.
Special order could be changed or canceled only in the run of the 2 (two) business days after placing the order.
Customer may pick up the order by their own means at Valusso Design LLC warehouse. You need to call us prior (754) 900-5169 and schedule a pick-up.
Please note that customer has to let Valusso Design LLC know about pick-up prior to it. The time of prior notification should be reasonably estimated by the customer as should be taken into account the fact that Valusso Design LLC is not a retail company and prior scheduling is important.
All orders should be picked up within 7 days after notification. Otherwise, a storage fee of 50$ per day will be charged.
Valusso Design LLC ships its products to any address in the continental United States and Canada.
Shipping costs are displayed on the website in your shopping cart after entering your shipping address and depend on destination address and quantity doors in the orders.
Shipping time period covers the time from when the order leaves the warehouse and arrives to customer chosen location. Shipping times vary upon final destination, however, the average is
- 2-4 business days for the East Coast
- 5-7 business days for the West Coast
Dealers and other professionals are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed.

Valusso Design LLC sales representative contacts you prior to shipment to schedule a convenient date for delivery.
Valusso Design LLC offers the convenience of direct deliveries to our committed customers.
Valusso design LLC provides you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including full carrier information, contact numbers, tracking numbers and turnaround times. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be provided to you along with an instruction that will allow you to track your shipment. It is customer’s responsibility to work with the delivery center servicing customer’s area to schedule an appointment on the expected date of delivery.
Customer is responsible for providing a commercial address with a receiving deck or hiring a professional to unload the shipment with a forklift for larger orders. If customer misses an appointment, a re-delivery fee may be assessed by the freight company for which customer is exclusively responsible.
If customer is unable to accept delivery of the products within two (2) calendar days after the shipment arrives to the service center, the carrier may also assess monetary charges for storage fees, for which customer is exclusively responsible.
If the delivery address is inaccessible or invalid, customer agrees to pay the purchase order amount and the additional delivery charges. Valusso Design LLC strongly advises against pick-up of orders from the freight company’s terminal or any location other than the delivery address and Valusso Design LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from customer’s decision to do so.
Valusso Design LLC is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery companies directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost.
You agree that Valusso Design LLC will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
Any estimated delivery dates given to you are estimates only and the actual delivery date may vary for a variety of reasons. You expressly state that you have not relied upon the delivery date given and expressly and knowingly waive any and all claims for damages based upon reliance upon a delivery date given to you
Valusso Design LLC shall not be liable for delay in delivery or default resulting from any cause beyond Valusso Design LLC reasonable control, including, but not limited to, governmental action, strikes or other troubles, fire, damage or destruction of goods, wars (declared or undeclared), acts of terrorism, manufacturers’ shortages, availability of timeliness of transportation, materials, fuels, or supplies, and acts of God (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event: (a) the time for Valusso Design LLC performance shall be extended reasonably and the parties shall adjust all affected dates accordingly; (b) the purchase price shall be adjusted for any increased costs to Valusso Design LLC resulting from such Force Majeure Event; and (c) customer shall not be entitled to any other remedy.
Pre-hung doors may be shipped “knocked down”
All doors, including “pre-hung” doors may be shipped fully or partially knocked down and will require assembly prior to installation.
Customer should to inspect all the merchandise for concealed or any other damages or missed merchandise upon delivery.
Please note, never sign the BOL before examination of the order – it could have concealed damages and then you will have to note it in BOL of the shipping company.
If a driver does not give you time to examine the order please note like this
- THE ORDER WAS NOT EXAMINED FOR CONCEALED DAMAGES BECAUSE OF THE DRIVER IN A HURRY.
- DRIVER HAS NOT ALLOWED ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT
- GOODS EXAMINATION HAS NOT BEEN DONE BECAUSE OF DRIVER’S UNPERMISSION. THE GOOD COULD HAVE CONCEALED DAMAGES
If the BOL has been signed with no remarks, Valusso Design LLC will be not able to take your claim on damaged items.
If damage is visible and note the same on the delivery receipt.
If items are damaged or suspected to be damaged, please take pictures of such damage and note it on the "Bill of lading (BOL)" of the shipping company where you sign for the products upon delivery. The lead time for receiving products is 3 (three) business days after delivery.
If you find any damages after an order arrival and remarks on that have been done in a BOL, then please notify us about that within 3 (three) business days with providing photos of damaged units (2-3 photos of each is necessary). In this case we give two options - whether to get the items that have been damaged again from Valusso Design LLC or get a refund for them. If you chose to get the items than it will take us up to 10 (ten) business days to produce your order and ship it to your location.
Valusso Design LLC is not responsible for any additional shipping fees other than the standard shipping fee.
Valusso Design LLC assumes no responsibility for damage to the product, or personal injury, arising by virtue of the unloading or unpacking of shipments.
In the case of damage or return, you may use the same packaging, making sure that the package is an appropriate condition.
Do not sign for deliveries “subject to inspection”. PLEASE NOTE – if you accept the goods which afterward appear to have concealed damages and at the same time you have not done notices mentioned above, Valusso Design LLC shall not be liable for caused damages to the goods.
Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from merchandise replacement.
If parts are missing, customer will agree to accept the delivery, make a note on the Bill of Lading/Shipping label ”Missed” or ”Partially missed”, and notify Valusso Design LLC of the same within 3 (three) business days of receiving a shipment.
Valusso Design LLC will provide the replacement parts necessary to complete the order within a reasonable time of being provided notice of missing parts.
If an order arrives incomplete and customer does not notify Valusso Design LLC within 3 (three) business days of receiving a shipment this is an acknowledgment of the following:
- the merchandise has been delivered in satisfaction condition
- freight company and Valusso Design LLC are released from all damage claims
Cancellation or order modification
The order may be canceled only with the Valusso Design LLC approval in a writing form, signed by Valusso Design LLC.
All sales of non-custom orders such as doors and/or door parts can be canceled prior to the shipping prep stage and subject to our standard return policy including a 20% restocking fee.
All custom orders such as pre-hung doors, doors/units with pre-cur services and/or special order doors are final, and can be cancelled only within 2 (two) business days of placing the order and not refundable after 2-business days period of placing the order.
Shipping coast is not refundable if item has been shipped.
Additional cancellation fees may be assessed to cover any loss sustained by Valusso Design LLC.
While Valusso Design LLC will make every effort to honor cancellation and change requests, an order is considered firm when the order is placed, and the customer is liable for the full price of those orders. Changes and cancellations could be done, if so, only with the help of your sales representative or department manager as to many branches should be involved.
Returns and refunds
If customer would like to return an item that is new and unused, unopened, unassembled, with original packaging, you may return it within 45 (forty-five) days of receiving a shipment.
Returns received more than 45 (forty-five) days after shipment date will not be accepted. You couldn’t return new custom orders.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all doors/slab orders.
Custom orders such as pre-hung doors, any orders with pre-cuts and/or special order doors by your requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable items, after 2 (two) business days of placing the order.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
All refunds are processed ONLY upon the receiving of the return orders in our warehouse and after warehouse inspection. Only non-damaged Products are accepted for return.
Installed doors are considered “received” goods and cannot be returned.
Any and all defects in the product must be brought to Valusso Design LLC attention prior to any alteration of that product; staining, painting, cutting, installing, or any other alteration of the product by customer voids any cancellation, refund, warranty, and/or other accommodation to which the customer might otherwise be entitled.
As far as Valusso Design LLC is a producer and distributor and the aim of the company as well as of this website to attract, develop mutual business relations, support in sales, etc. for new dealers and professional customers and not to use retail distribution channel, so the customer should understand and act with this understanding that all the issues between the customer and its end customer (the third party) should be resolved in the manner of two mentioned parties without involving Valusso Design LLC, which from its side has only relations with the customer itself and that impacts the two sides’ relations between them.

Valusso Design LLC provides Lifetime Limited Warranty for all interior doors if the product is not discontinued.
Valusso Design LLC provides 5 (five) years limited warranty for all front doors
By purchasing through this website, you agree that you are acquainted with our warranty. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the customer’s claim.
Note: in order to qualify for a warranty, the doors must be installed by a licensed professional (or a professional company) with proper equipment. Installing the door without the needed equipment and skill can lead to injuries.

If customer would like to claim he/she must have proof of purchase and then contact your sales representative or call customer support team by (754) 900-5169.
Valusso Design LLC reserves the right and must be given a 7 (seven) business days opportunity to have Valusso Design LLC reply to your claim.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Any and all warranties on goods purchased from Valusso Design LLC are those made by the manufacturer.
Valusso Design LLC, hereby, expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of said goods.
