All non-custom orders such as doors and/or door parts can be canceled prior to the shipping prep stage and subject to our standard return policy including a 20% restocking fee.

All custom orders such as pre-hung doors, doors/units with pre-cur services and/or special order doors are final, and can be cancelled only within 2 (two) business days of placing the order and not refundable after 2-business days period of placing the order.

Unless instructed to ship complete order Valusso Design LLC ships whatever material is available and back order the balance.

Valusso Design LLC is not accountable for damage occurring due to circumstances beyond our control.

By signing below, the customer acknowledges and accepts Terms and Conditions of Valusso Design LLC.

Under no circumstances Valusso Design LLC is liable for any amount exceeding the cost of the goods.

Valusso Design LLC is not responsible for transportation, shipping, removal, labor or installation charges or costs occurred for replacing the products or any other costs relating to the replacement of the products. Valusso Design LLC is not responsible for any loss of the customer due to increased production or delivery time.

All door units are shipped in a knocked down condition (not pre-hung) unless otherwise stated in the order.

Once a shipment/delivery is received, the customer should inspect the contents of each package before signing the bill of lading. All visible damage should be noted on the bill of lading, however, it is also important to open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage at the time of delivery. If the driver does not allow the customer to inspect the freight, please note about this on the bill of lading.

All damage should be reported to Valusso Design LLC within 3 (three) business days after delivery. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from the merchandise replacement.

All cancellations and changes to the order are subject to production and/or material charges occurred prior to the cancellation or change request.

While Valusso Design LLC makes every effort to honor cancellation and change requests, the order is considered firm after signing the document, and the customer is liable for the full price of the order.

Special orders are non-stock items and are non-returnable/refundable. The merchandise altered in a special way is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pre-hung or mortised merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable.

All orders should be picked up within 7 (seven) days after notification. Otherwise a storage fee of 50$ per day will be charged.

No returns are accepted unless previously authorized by Valusso Design LLC in writing or by email. The customer understands and accepts a restocking charge of 20% of an Invoice amount.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

All returns should be in merchantable condition, and in the same packaging and/or wrapper condition as purchased. All returned goods are subject to warehouse inspection before the credit is issued. The customer should provide proof of purchase for all returned goods. No goods are accepted for the return after 45 (forty-five) calendar days.

In order to fulfill requests on parts, photos of the damaged/defective parts or items are required. The customer should fill the Claim form and attach the photos to it.

Valusso Design LLC determines the best solution and file a damage claims to the shipping company. Valusso Design LLC shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damage.

The Quotation and/or Invoice validity is 10 business days, if other is not stated in the document.
