Valusso Design LLC uses a third-party logistics company in our shipping process. The carriers are chosen for their reliable and quality reputation of service. We have narrowed our shipping carriers to only include freight companies that we have had success with in the past. This is to ensure our products are shipped with the best care and presented in the finest condition and to give our customers competitive prices.
Common shipping terms and conditions
Shipping costs are displayed on our website in your shopping cart after entering your shipping address and depend on destination address and quantity doors in the orders. For example:

$ 100.00 shipping to Florida for orders up to 10 pcs

Shipping time period covers the time from when the order leaves the warehouse and arrives to customer chosen location. Shipping times vary upon final destination, however, the average is
- 2-4 business days for the East Coast
- 5-7 business days for the West Coast
Valusso Design LLC ships its products to any address in the continental United States and Canada. We are currently unable to ship to military APO/FPO or PO boxes. Contact Valusso Design LLC directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
If you made a mistake regarding the delivery address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing an order. Please provide a valid physical address during the checkout process.
If the product is shipped out to the wrong address, only customer carries responsibilities for any additional shipping and handling charges.
Valusso Design LLC processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Valusso Design LLC sales representative contacts you prior to shipment to schedule a convenient date for delivery.
Valusso design LLC provides you with all necessary delivery information to prepare you for delivery, including full carrier information, contact numbers, tracking numbers and turnaround times. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be provided to you along with an instruction that will allow you to track your shipment.
- Shipping & Handling Job Site – delivery to a non-residential area with loading dock or fork lift access;
- Shipping & Handling Residential – Includes a curb side delivery with a lift gate service;
- Delivery – Curb side delivery;
- Inside Delivery – Merchandise will be brought into the ground floor/garage;
- White Glove Delivery – unpackaging & disposal of packaging materials & transporting up or down of maximum of two flight of stairs.
Customer may pick up the order by their own means at Valusso Design LLC warehouse. You need to call us prior (754) 900-5169 and schedule a pick-up. All orders should be picked up within 7 days after notification. Otherwise, a storage fee of 50$ per day will be charged.
All other orders are shipped ground via truck freight company via LTL (for large items) or carriers (for smaller items). LTL shipments are a curbside delivery only unless otherwise requested at the customer’s expense.
Dealers and other professionals are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed.
All products sold by Valusso Design LLC are guaranteed by the manufacturer, are shipped safely in a solid and secure crating system, specifically designed to protect your order and insured by the shipping company to arrive in the perfect condition
Our items are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. While cases are extremely rare, damages do happen once in a while. We request the customers to inspect all the merchandise for concealed or any other damages upon delivery.
If items are damaged or suspected to be damaged upon delivery, it must be documented "Bill of lading (BOL)" of the shipping company where you sign for the products upon delivery. Please never sign the BOL before examination of the order.
All visible damages must be noted on the BOL, however, it is also very important to open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage at the time of delivery.
If a driver does not give you time to examine the order please note like this – THE ORDER WAS NOT EXAMINED FOR CONCEALED DAMAGES BECAUSE OF THE DRIVER IN A HURRY.
All damages must be reported to Valusso Design LLC within 3 (three) business days of the shipment/delivery date.
If the BOL has been signed with no remarks, Valusso Design LLC will be not able to take your claim on damaged items.
Valusso Design LLC is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery companies directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost.
You agree that Valusso Design LLC will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
Free shipping promotion
From time to time we may provide free shipping promotions to the contiguous 48 states of the US on orders over certain amount or quantity of doors.
Valusso Design LLC offers the convenience of direct deliveries to our committed customers.
Customer agrees to have an agent and facilities available to accept all deliveries of merchandise pursuant to orders placed with vendor for shipment to customer’s office, warehouse, job sites, or any other designated location.
Customer agrees to pay the full purchase price and additional delivery charges, if the delivery address is inaccessible or incorrect.
Please make sure to receive the order from the agreed delivery address. Valusso Design LLC is not responsible for any damage occurring if the order is picked up from the freight company’s service center or any other location other than the agreed address.
Customer shall take full responsibility for freight demurrage, hold-over, and similar charges arising out of, connected with, or relating to customer’s failure to fulfill its obligations under the terms of the clause – regardless of the origin of the shipment or the consignor.
Make sure that there will be someone to accept the product upon the delivery. Failure to do so might result in a re-delivery charge that you will be responsible for.
All shipments are delivered to the back of the truck.
Any carrier may have a variety of trucks to perform your delivery by any of them, and Valusso Design LLC could not be responsible for inability of the chosen vehicle to get straight to the place, indicated in the bill of lading, because of road conditions, weather influence or other circumstances, not depending on Valusso Design LLC.
During the unloading of products from the truck, Valusso Design LLC assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage of the product, personal injury to someone(s), or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.
Failure to perform delivery in such reason might result in the necessity of picking-up the merchandise from the nearest distribution warehouse of the carrier with the charges and expenses that you will be responsible for.
Carefully inspect the order upon delivery. Valusso Design LLC holds no responsibility for the damages which are not pointed out on the carrier company’s paperwork.
As a customer, you are to open the boxes and investigate the contents since the driver will neither uncrate nor open the order.
As soon as the door unit has been installed, no shortage or damage can be claimed.
Door installation admits the customer’s acceptance of the order.
