LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
To ensure customers satisfaction and the longevity of their new interior doors all our products sold by Valusso Design LLC come with Lifetime Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Valusso Design LLC interior doors and its components.
Please read the warranty thoroughly and follow all Valusso Design LLC requirements and instructions. Failing to follow Valusso Design LLC requirements and instructions will void warranty.
- Interior doors
1.1 Valusso Design LLC provides Lifetime Limited Warranty for all interior doors if the product is not discontinued.
1.2. Valusso Design LLC Lifetime Limited Warranty currently lasts for 6 (six) months after the date when product has been discontinued but not less than 2 (two) years after the date of purchase if the product has been discontinued and is no longer available.
1.3. The frame, slab, jambs, casings, finishes, hardware, structural parts are warranted for a lifetime from the date of purchase.
1.4. When the warranty case happens Valusso Design LLC will accept the product back, examine the product, fix and/or replace the defective item. Shipping and handling must be paid by customer.
1.5. Lifetime Limited Warranty in effective only if:
- 5.1. the product is completely and correctly assembled.
- 5.2. the product uses only for interior residential
- 5.3. the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose during the whole period of use.
1.6. As parts used to wear out over the time, this Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover:
- 6.1. normal wear and tear
- 6.2. normal maintenance
- 6.3. any damage, failures, or loss that is caused by improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or physical damage
- 6.4. scratches
- 6.5. rust
1.7. Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover the following costs, expenses and damages:
- 7.1. labor cost including, but not limited to, such cost as removal and reinstallation of product
- 7.2. shipping and freight expenses are required to return product to Valusso Design LLC
1.8. Customer must have proof of purchase (invoice with customers signature, order details documents placed on www.valussodesign.com) at Valusso Design LLC to claim the warranty.
1.9. Valusso Design LLC makes the following Lifetime Limited Warranties for products installed within the United States, subject to the stated conditions and limitations.
2. How to claim
Note. Customer must have proof of purchase to claim the warranty!
If you would like to claim please contact your sales representative or call customer support team by (754) 900-5169. Valusso Design LLC reserves the right and must be given a 7 (seven) business days opportunity to have Valusso Design LLC reply to your claim.
When Valusso Design LLC confirm the claim customer should return products and/or its parts with good packaging and ship items back to the warehouse address provided. Warehouse address: 3351 SW 13th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33315
After arriving the claimed product Valusso Design LLC will examine the product, fix and/or replace the defective item within 30 (thirty) business days.
Valusso Design LLC refunds the price originally paid to Valusso Design LLC for the products with manufacturing defects within 4 (four) weeks from the date your claim.
Note. Shipping and handling must be paid by customer.
